01 — WHY NOT HUSTLEHUB

Three reasons not to sign with HustleHub

Not hypotheticals — this is what founders who already signed are dealing with, documented below.

REASON 01

Crores in deposits, withheld

Across the founders who've come forward, the deposits HustleHub is sitting on add up to crores of rupees. Treat whatever you hand over as gone the moment you sign.

REASON 02

Legal and criminal cases, pending

Founders have had to escalate to consumer complaint forums and legal action just to try to recover deposits HustleHub was contractually obligated to return.

REASON 03

Filthy facilities, goon staff

Broken furniture, water damage, unhygienic washrooms, no drinking water, no working internet — and staff who turn aggressive the moment you push back. Mismanagement, top to bottom.

02 — THE PATTERN, IN THEIR OWN WORDS

The reviews don't lie

Arul Amudhan Gunalan, Founder, EasyGTM · LinkedIn · 4 weeks ago

This one's worth reading closely: he never even signed the lease. A deposit paid up front, a documented month-by-month timeline of stalling, and HustleHub's own CEO copied on every follow-up — still no response.

FILED WITH A CONSUMER COMPLAINTS SITE
Consumer complaint filed by Saranya S Kumar, October 2022, against HustleHub, legally named Clomoso Technologies Pvt Ltd: deposit not refunded despite a mutually agreed deduction and over 20 follow-up emails A comment on the complaint from another reader, Sadashivam, in March 2026, asking if it was ever resolved because they are facing the same issue
Saranya S Kumar · Consumer Complaints Court · filed Oct 2022

Filed in 2022, still drawing comments in 2026 — a reader asking if it was ever resolved, because they're facing the exact same thing right now. This isn't an old problem HustleHub has since fixed.

03 — ON CAMERA

Maintenance failures don't just cost comfort

Filmed on site during rain: water entering the workspace, right past the desks and equipment founders were paying to keep safe. A separate review, four years earlier, describes the same problem — plus cheap furniture that breaks, unstable internet that drops client calls, and a management team that calls it all "petty issues."

It's not just the deposit

Power backup, internet uptime, parking, washroom hygiene — ask about all of it, and ask current tenants directly, not just the sales team showing you the tour.

05 — THE SMARTER MOVE

Don't fight. Build.

Chasing a withheld deposit can eat months a founder doesn't have. The smartest move isn't a drawn-out dispute — it's not signing in the first place, and telling the next founder before they do.

If HustleHub has done this to you, a two-minute public review costs you far less than a legal fight — and it's the fastest way to warn the next founder walking in. Then get back to building.
